Open-Account Program for Foreign Buyers

(A)    Introduction of Open Account Program:

Maple Pacific Corporation offers a unique trade finance program that gives his pre-approved foreign buyers the ability to undertake their import shipments. Our Open-Account program provides these pre-approved foreign buyers to eliminating the needs for cash in advance, letters of credit or other terms.

By offering open-account and extended-payment terms to our existing, new or prospective customers, who gains a sustainable sale advantages in the marketplace. At the same time,our foreign buyers will pay local currency equivalent to the exchange rate of US dollars when the invoice is matured. It is a great advantage for foreign buyers, especially for these whose country has a great shortage of foreign currency or a restricted currency control policy by the government.

The entire process is simple and straight-forward. Upon application and approval, you will be a customer in our Open-Account Program.

To do this, you simply complete and return the application of financing request per the form, indicating exact name and address, credit limits and payment terms requested, together with financial statements for the past two years and your most recent interim report; a credit agency report (less than six months old), if available; and any background material on your company and/or main product line(s). There will be a charge for credit report required on our foreign buyers. You will be notified in advance as to the need for and cost of these reports.

Upon receipt of your advance non-refundable payment for the cost of your credit reports, which required by our financial institution(s). Then upon approval, we will notify you accordingly.
